Thirdly, the heat is a great excuse to indulge in some of the best summer treats. When it's hot outside, there's nothing better than a cold drink or a frozen treat. Ice cream, snow cones, iced coffee...they all taste better when it's hot outside. Plus, if you're feeling really daring, you can try cooking an egg on the sidewalk. It probably won't work, but it's worth a shot, right?
Fourthly, the heat is a great way to get in touch with nature. St. George is known for its beautiful outdoor activities, and the summer heat is a great excuse to get out and explore. Sure, it might be a little hotter than you're used to, but it's worth it to see the stunning red rocks and experience all that southern Utah has to offer. Plus, if you're lucky, you might even catch a glimpse of some of the local wildlife, like lizards or snakes.
Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, the heat is a great reminder of the importance of staying hydrated. In a place as hot as St. George, it's easy to get dehydrated quickly. But if you make sure to drink plenty of water, you'll feel much better. Plus, you'll get to use all those cute water bottles you've been collecting.
